This version of Ave verum Corpus by Camille Saint-Saens is a beautiful motet much different than that of Mozart or Byrd. Also originally written as a vocal quartet, it has been adapted for brass quintet here. Also playable by brass quartet by omitting the tuba part. Includes an extra Trombone part to substitute for the Horn. This is a beautiful selection, perfect for preludes, offertories, weddings, church services, sacred, or other events!
